Non-Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases made on M4A1 IDE are final and non-refundable. Once a product is delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind after purchase
• Discontinued product support or updates
• Compatibility issues with your device or operating system
• Lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of the product’s features

2.2 Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempts to issue a chargeback or dispute a transaction will result in immediate termination of your license and access to our products.
We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.
If you have issues with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before attempting a dispute.

2.3 Exceptions (if applicable)

Refunds will only be issued in cases where a duplicate purchase was made due to a system error.
If we determine that a product was never delivered due to a verified technical issue on our end, a replacement or refund may be considered at our discretion.
